Ineligible - Student has had two consecutive evaluation periods below minimum standards of a 2.0 cumulative and/or 67% completion rate, or student completely withdrew, received grades of all Fs, all NCs, or a combination of Ws, Fs, and NCs for the evaluation period and the student is below the minimum standards for cumulative GPA and/or 67% completion rate.
Automatically Ineligible - Students completely withdrew, received grades of all Fs, all NCs, or a combination of Ws, Fs, and NCs for the evaluation period, even if the student is not below minimum standards for cumulative GPA and/or 67% completion rate: NO warning status is given, the student is automatically Ineligible.
Timeframe - Students has attempted at least 99 credit hours for Associate Degree or 48 credit hours for Certificate program. If a student exceeds these credit hour limits, they are not making progress toward a degree/certificate within the 150% federal requirement.
If a student believes they have re-established eligibility they MUST inform TCC Student Financial Aid Services to review their academic history and
apply to re-instate their financial aid eligibility.
